Description:
The Watermark's text is applied as document's background.

Steps to Reproduce:
Apply Format | Watermark. Transparency: 0 %. Otherwise keep the defaults (e.g colour: #C0C0C0).

Actual Results:
The watermark's text is applied as background of the document's content, therefore the document's content is also visible in the areas covered by the watermarks.

Expected Results:
The watermark's text to be applied as foreground of the document's content. As the transparency was set to null, the document's content covered by the watermarks would not be visible.

What you ask for is not clear, but it's surely not a bug, can only be a wish, enhancement to also have text as foreground - but we should know the use case for that and if it's in uae somewhere.

Always better; Now that's a Christmas wish! Sure, Santa Klaus likes it already. Seems your funny language and personal opinion are welcome or ignored by developers. You pushed them everywhere. Do others noticed, or wished to be blind, or is that just me? "Oh yes, let's do that; a watermark, in background! That an idea and let's create a use-case." For sure, you made Libreoffice great. Back to work now. Too much time lost already.

I agree with Timur, we need a use-case in order to understand the request for enhancement. For me watermark in foreground is a nonsense, I open to change my mind if somebody explain clearly.

Comment #2 shows that we never will obtain this use-case, so I close this report as INSUFFICIENT DATA. Feel free to reopen if you are willing to support your proposal.
