I don't support but let's UX. Insert is used mostly via icon or shortcut. Inserting a comment is a different action that editing (delete, resolve etc.). Would you search for Reply at Insert? Or vice versa to insert anything at edit? While I agree to some extend that splitting the action is unusual it was done deliberately. |
