Description:
If I add or remove the heading/footer, this operation cannot be undone.

I'm almost sure that LO has this behaviour since ever.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add or remove the heading/footer

2. try to undo (ctl-z or from menu)



Actual Results:
nothing happens

Expected Results:
undo can be done


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Thank you for reporting the bug.
it seems you're using an old version of LibreOffice.
Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.

I have LO 7.0.4.2 on ubuntu, 3.3.0 is the earliest affected, as the caption explains
