Description:
Image not scaling when downsizing caption frame (select frame & drag results in image being changed)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the frame
3. Drag inwards & release

Actual Results:
Outer frame doesn't resize

Expected Results:
Should, I think

I confirm the described behaviour with

Version: 7.1.1.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community

but I don't know, if this is the intended behaviour or not.

First of all, there is bug 121378 discussing the initial size and bug 132589 regarding the resize behavior. Don't see the point of image scaling by downsizing caption frame. Writer is a text processor not a graphic tool, perhaps I missed something here.
