To repro:

1) Open Draw or Impress
2) Move the mouse pointer to the 3rd control from the left in the status bar  

Tool tip results:
'Slide Master name. Right-click for list and double-click for dialog.'

Expected Results:
Perhaps - 'Slide Master name. Right-click for list or click for dialog.'
