Description:
Caption frame content (image) detached from frame

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 169400 [details]
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload
4. Change anchor the red frame to 'to character'

Actual Results:
Image in frame moves away

Expected Results:
Image stays in frame


Reproducible: Always
