I confirm the described behaviour with Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: f96004096268f5e71120678e32fc8c74055819aa CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19042; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB Calc: CL but I don't want to assess, if this is the expected behaviour or not. Couldn't find any informatons in Lo Help [1] => Design-Team [1] https://help.libreoffice.org/7.2/en-GB/text/shared/01/05260300.html?&DbPAR=WRITER&System=WIN Would also expect new content below the cursor. It's probably implemented like this because when you insert the object at the last position you have to do it before the end of document. Michael, any opinion here? Shouldn't be too much effort to add images below unless EOF.
