Example file from Word

Attached document contains a table followed by a paragraph with a table and a paragraph of text, including a page number field, both in the header and the footer.
When opened in Writer the headers content opens correctly, but the footers content is missing the paragraph with the page number.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached document

Actual results:
Footer is missing the paragraph after the table.

Expected results:
Footer contains the paragraph after the table.
