When I did all the steps I see a zero-sized toolbar at the bottom. Xisco can you confirm the bug is this? Or you don't see even that zero-sized toolbar at the bottom? Created attachment 171438 [details]

That's what I see when I launch the object inspector for the first time Gülşah Köse committed a patch related to this issue. It has been pushed to "master": https://git.libreoffice.org/core/commit/3c6692f88df3f7447138fc953f11d8587d51f093 tdf#141422 Set inital height of the develepment tool window. It will be available in 7.2.0. The patch should be included in the daily builds available at https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. More information about daily builds can be found at: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Testing_Daily_Builds Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback. It's ok now.
