Description:
Solarization image filter — increasing the threshold value above 70% does not have any effect on the colours of a graphic.
Aging image filter — increasing the ageing degree using the Aging dialog has no effect on an image.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select an image (photograph).
2. Open Image Filter toolbar.
3. Select Solarization or Aging filter.
4. No effect detected on the image.

Actual Results:
No effect on selected image

Expected Results:
Selected image should show signs of solarization or aging.

Additional Info:
This has been tested in Widows, macOS and Ubuntu operating operating systems and on four computers.
