Description:
While installing LO, at least since LO v7, checking this box has no function, even after a restart. It has to be enabled in Extras-Options-dialogue after installation to enable this function.
Problem occured on Windows (mostly 64bit, Pro, original installer)
Others commented that older versions (v6.x) had the same problem.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start installation
2. set checkbox "Load LibreOffice during system start-up"
3. Tray-Icon (quickstarter) doesnt appear, even after restart, has to be enabled separately in Options-settings.

Actual Results:
quickstarter not active

Expected Results:
quickstarter active


Reproducible: Always
