Bruce, thank you for reporting the bug. Are you able to reproduce the crash? If this is the case, are these the steps to reprouce (if not, please add some more detailed steps): 1. Open a document in writer 2. Install Adobe Creative Cloud Result: Writer crashes => NEEDINFO With regret, I was unable to reproduce the crash. I uninstalled Creative Cloud, opened a Writer document, re-installed CC. Writer did not crash. Perhaps I should have restarted machine between uninstall and re-install. Sorry for trouble. At the time of the occurrence it only seemed to take the originally documented two steps to produce. (In reply to bruce from comment #2) > With regret, I was unable to reproduce the crash.
