Description:
I try copy paste from google sheet to LibreOffice calc and get issue with merging cell (each next row merged like in increase mode)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create google sheet table
2. Select table and copy in Google Chrome, in Google sheet (sample take from attachment in first tab)
3. Paste in new LibreOffice Calc document (you must get result as in second tab in sample doc)

Actual Results:
Paste with wrong merged cells

Expected Results:
Paste same like in google sheet


Reproducible: Always

I can't reproduce even in 7.2 or 7.3.

Steps tried:
1. Open attachment 171470 [details]
2. Copy cells from "Google sheet"
3. In Chromium, paste to Google Sheets
4. Copy cells from Google Sheets to LibreOffice

seven, pavlog: do you still repro? If so, with what steps?

I was able to repro when using old LO 7.1.

When testing with LO 7.4.6, the pasted cells are all OK (either merged or not), with the difference being the height and width. By dragging the respective row and column headers, I am able to set those attributes as needed.

The cells that were originally merged, end up also merged in LO 7.4.6. The cells that were originally single/normal (not merged), end up also not merged in LO 7.4.6.

IOW, width and height for cells need additional manual correction, but merged (and not merged) cells are pasted with their adequate attribute.
