Description:
LO seems to fail to load fail with a Path and CloseFigure records: nothing is loaded.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open attached EMF sample.

Actual Results:
Empty document w/o any image loaded

Expected Results:
An image of non-filled triangle with a thick stroke.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Navigator shows that there is one Shape (EMF) in the document but the page looks empty. So I confirm the problem in

Replace with fixed header.
MSO opened it, but MS Paint doesn't -- no need to be bug-to-bug compatible.
