Example file from Impress

Attached example file is made in Impress and has headers and footers enabled for notes and handouts, with all 4 settings enabled.
After saving this file to PPTX format, PowerPoint sees only the Page Number enabled, other settings are lost.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached file
    2. Save as PPTX, open it in PowerPoint

Actual results:
In PowerPoint the Insert – Text – Header and Footer dialogs Notes and Handouts page has only the Page number setting enabled.

Expected results:
All settings exported correctly.

1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/

2. Test your bug

4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo';
4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword
