I inserted the field "filename without extension" in the header of my document. Every time I reopen it, it is chanced to filename (with extension).
The expected behaviour would be to keep the setting.

Steps to Reproduce:

Closing NOTABUG.

MS Word file formats simply do not support this kind of field. As documented in [1], the only possible field switch for FILENAME field is \p, adding file path.

Thanks Mike, next time I check first the limitations of the docx before posting a bug.
