Hello,

since the introduction of LO 7.1.x, the formatting of tables no longer works correctly. I cannot format individual cells with different properties, because all the settings I have made, are applied to the whole table instead of an individual cell.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open a Writer document
2. Insert a table 4X4
3. Select the cell 1,1
4. go to Table->Table Properties
5. delete the left and upper border of the cell
6. finish with ok
7. settings of all cells are deleted 
8. the settings you made in 5. are applied to the whole table

I was able to reproduce this on several systems.

In version 7.0.x everything works as expected, only the individual cells receive changes to the properties. This should be the normal case.

I'd checked before my post here, but I couldn't find that bug report.

Meanwhile I tried 7.1.4.2 an the bug is still present and not solved, as mentioned in bug report 142165.

Reopened is where fix is not working, this one is Unconfirmed, and now Needinfo because I don't see how you can delete borders you didn't set in your steps. 
I don't repro. Please make a sample as in bug 142165, with table and included small screenshots of steps.

Xisco, please see this one. 
Bug is a duplicate of bug 142165 (I mark again so), but really it doesn't work in 7.1 master (which contains the fix), while it should. Fine in 7.2+.
Also please update 7.1 repo. Thanks.

This is a dupe of bug 142721 which is fixed in 7.1.5
