Could you be more specific about the steps to reproduce the bug. The second step is not clearly described. which requires a reboot: the entire system or only Libreoffice. And one more thing: how many times do you need to turn the sleep function on and off? "which requires a reboot: the entire system or only Libreoffice." It was a reboot of the entire system, my Windows 10 PC. After rebooting my entire PC, I attempted to restart LibreOffice and recover my files, but encountered the bug which had reset LibreOffice to a default state (as if just barely installed), and didn't allow for file recovery. "how many times do you need to turn the sleep function on and off?" This was over a three day period, and I unfortunately can not give you a precise number. I would guess that it would've been approximately twenty sleep functions since my computer goes into sleep mode when not used after 15 minutes. what is the problem - you cannot restore docks or LO reset the settings to default? Given the difficulty to reproduce the issue (depending on Windows refusing to unlock) and the lack of simpler steps, I think we have to close the report as "insufficient data". However, if you encounter the issue again in a recent version of LibreOffice (updating preferably to 7.6) and can provide more information / more precise steps, please set the report back to "unconfirmed". Thank you! |
