Description:
Date at RH end of footer set at (Fixed) and if I double click footer it shows Fixed.

Doc is saved on day it was created and after saving a quick check shows tat date still as Fixed.

However, if I load that file the next day, that date in the footer is no longed Fixed.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.In original saved doc, Date in Footer is shown as Fixed
2.When that file loaded next day, the date in footer is no longer Fixed
3.

Actual Results:
Date in footer is not Fixed if file loaded next day

Expected Results:
Date in footer should have stayed Fixed.   MS Word and OpenOffice Writer do not have this problem . . . date remains Fixed
