Recent Documents and File,help Seems Blended with dark font 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any app with system wide custom dark theme applied
2.set the ui to tabbed
3.Look under file menu

Actual Results:
Recent Documents and File,help Seems Blended with dark font 

Expected Results:
Recent Documents and File,help Seems Blended with white font color


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes

I updated the Version since bug is still present.
My OS is Ubuntu 21.10 using Gnome 40.
