The example file with the table created in Writer

Splitting a table with Track Changes turned on does not appear in the Manage Changes panel as a new tracked change.

Steps to reproduce:
1.	Open attached .odt file in Writer.
2.	Split the table.
3.	Under the Manage Changes panel, this information is not displayed.

Actual results:
We can’t see the split in the Manage changes panel.

Expected results:
This information should be displayed in the Manage Changes panel.

Dear László Németh,
This bug has been in ASSIGNED status for more than 3 months without any
activity. Resetting it to NEW.
Please assign it back to yourself if you're still working on this.
