Description:
Autocomplete Word completion not functioning if the replacement and exceptions language doesn't match document language

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Tools -> Autocorrect -> Autocorrect options (change the language to non English (USA)
3. Type: recommendations (autocorrect will not function

Another route. Create a document in say Dutch (with Dutch dictionary installed) (assuming English VS as locale for LibreOffice
Type: appartementencomplex. multiple times.. will not be added to auto-complete list.. Only if you change Tools -> Autocorrect -> Autocorrect options  to Dutch it will

Actual Results:
Word completion depending on language replacement and exceptions language. The default is based on on system locale.

Picking a different language will disable auto-completion, except if it matches the document language

* the dialog suggests its in depended of the language (click the word completion tab, and language selection is disabled)
* auto-complete isn't detecting the language (

Expected Results:
Auto-complete should work independent of the replacement list dropdown language, I guess
