Bugzilla is not the right place for this, but let's go ahead anyway. Did you read the topic about the migration? https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/migration-from-askbot/66564 (In reply to Buovjaga from comment #1) > Bugzilla is not the right place for this, but let's go ahead anyway. > > Did you read the topic about the migration? > https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/migration-from-askbot/66564 Yeah, I found it after I had reported the bug. I didn't initially realise I could progress past the entry screen. The post claims to have despatched an email to all users - which I have never received - and the links simply take one to the login facility which rejects all permutations of user name/email/password. It seems one needs to be logged in to be eligible for help🤷♂️. The good news is that an audit of past interactions revealed the admin email address which I have subsequently contacted. Obviously, I will update here if a resolution is prescribed. Correction, I found a less detailed post that only replicated the first two paragraphs of the email - the rest of the post is a convincing argument in favour of switching to Excel. How could so much go so wrong in so short a timescale? Closing as this is an infra ticket |
