Description:
The new Community logon appears to have lost the existing account records
Every time I try to access my account it simply advises Bad User Name
It's the only one I've got or ever had 

Steps to Reproduce:
Attempt to login to an existing user account with existing user credentials

Actual Results:
Error Message bad user name

Expected Results:
Login to the existing account.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Yeah, I found it after I had reported the bug.

I didn't initially realise I could progress past the entry screen.

The post claims to have despatched an email to all users - which I have never received - and the links simply take one to the login facility which rejects all permutations of user name/email/password. It seems one needs to be logged in to be eligible for help🤷‍♂️. 

The good news is that an audit of past interactions revealed the admin email address which I have subsequently contacted.

Obviously, I will update here if a resolution is prescribed.

Correction, I found a less detailed post that only replicated the first two paragraphs of the email - the rest of the post is a convincing argument in favour of switching to Excel.

How could so much go so wrong in so short a timescale?
