Description:
if I paste the data in line 1 (line presetted from LO) data is pasted well but If I select another line IE 135 data is not pasted

Steps to Reproduce:
1.select another line (¿raw?)
2.paste daata
3.no pasted data

Actual Results:
see attached screenshot

Expected Results:
data is not pasted

it is not a bug, why? in the spanish forum of LO master LeroyG tell us that the field where we put number it is from whitch line will be deleted and whtch lines will be pasted in Calc. it is important for example for not paste title of the txt to copy... see in spanish at https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/calc-pregunta-sera-un-bug-esto-pegando-data-externa-de-varias-filas-se-puede-elegir-en-que-fila-se-pegara/67846/2
