Description:
I consistently get the error 'The specified device is invalid' when i try to open a remote file


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select Remote Files
2.Click Manage Services, Add Service
3.Select Google Drive or One Drive
4. Put in your email address and password
5. Put in your email address and password for (googleapis or graph.microsoft.com) 
6. You get the error message

Actual Results:
'The specified device is invalid'

Expected Results:
I thought i was going to connect to these cmis
