Description:
If I insert an image in a frame (using the Menu item) in an endnote, it is not affected by wrap choice

Steps to Reproduce:
1.add endnote
2.in endnote, add menu insert/image
3.confirm wrap to be none

Actual Results:
image / frame overlays text

Expected Results:
next text paragraph should be after image


Reproducible: Always
