Please provide more details: - on which env are you? (Linux, MacOs, Windows) - what's the behaviour when not in safe mode, a crash? an error message? ... Also, could you try to follow instructions from: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps ? Please see bug 144598, if this is a duplicate.
