Description:
Unable to open Libre Office except in Safe Mode.
Tried to repair/modify/uninstalling but still won't open.
Problem has been reported by others. 
I have now installed 7.2.1 which opens fine.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install LO 7.1.6 from your web site.
2.Try to open

Will not open
