Description:
Select & drag (with mouse) moves the to character anchor to the start of the paragraph, until release of the mouse 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the image
3. Notice the anchor being somewhere in the middle of the second paragraph
4. Drag the image with mouse

Actual Results:
Anchor positions it at 'Semmi' as if it where moved. Release and it jumps back

Expected Results:
Should shown at the correct spot?

Repro, but I am not sure that the move of the anchor is a problem.
