random Crashes when editing a form.
Had the same problem in the older base that was supplied with the distribution.
Upgrading did not fix the problem.

I see accessibility part with gtk in bt.

Could you test this:
- open a terminal/console
- export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen
- launch LO
- try to reproduce the pb

BTW, I think you should stick to LO packages provided by your distribution.
Indeed, rpm and deb packages are more for distrib maintainers who deal with all dependencies issues.

You can also try LO from ppa (see https://launchpad.net/~libreoffice/+archive/ubuntu/ppa)

Finally you can take a look at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps, it may help.

Julian,
Thank you, you can close this. it's no longer crashing. I believe a system update that arrived on the 15th fixed the problem. See below.

I have been suffering with Base just shutting down at random when editing forms since I started trying to make a database on September 23 ( Kept losing my work ).
The version with Mint was 6.4.7. So I moved to 7.1 then 7.2.2.2 hoping to fix the problem.

The system update that arrived later on the fifteenth contained.
