Description:
When I click to start in Windows 10 64 bit Start the blue wheel spins for a while and then nothing happens.  It will start in safe-mode though.  I have uninstalled and installed again.  It always worked before the latest update

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Libre Office in Start Menu
2. Blue wheel spins
3. Nothing happens

Actual Results:
Libre Office does not start

Expected Results:
Libre Office should start up


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
Does start in safe-mode.  Only stopped working when I did the latest 7.1.6.2 update.

There is a known bug in 7.1.6 that prevents it from starting on older CPU (with no AVX instruction set).  This has been fixed, please test the newly released 7.1.7 RC1:
