Description:
I've installed 7.3.03 - I am unable to print anything. I click on the print button and it does not format a page, leaving the page blank. Majot error. 

Steps to Reproduce:
Load any document
attempt to print, cmf+p, or print icon
a blank page is created and printed. 

Actual Results:
A blank page is generated instead of the expected page or pages

Expected Results:
The print page should have a miniature of the printed page and when the print button is pressed a printed page results, not a blank sheet.

Being unable to print makes this a critical problem. It renders Libra office useless.

Try turning off the Skia rendering options in the LibreOffice application menu

Preferences > LibreOffice > View  - Image Output
