Description:
https://askubuntu.com/questions/1360017/libreoffice-dialogue-too-long
This issue occurs every time after installing an l10n package. After updating the l10n package, you print the document. I needed to reverse print it to manually double size print it. So I used "more options", but it is not accessible.
And there's a workaround, according to the answer, you can fix it by uninstalling and reinstalling the package.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Ubuntu 20.04 zh-cn locales, with Build ID: 1:6.4.7-0ubuntu0.20.04.2 installed.
2. So far so good, printing a document is great.
3. sudo apt update && sudo apt upgrade, which updates the libreoffice-l10n-zh-cn package.
4. Grab a doc file or a pptx file, and try to print it.
5. You can see the bottom "print" button is below, out of screen range.
5. Click on the upper "more options"
6. The "more options" are above the screen range.
7. bash env LANG=en_US.UTF-8 libreoffice --writer
8. Step 7 is a working workaround, temporarily. It worked for me,.
9. Grab a sandwich and wait while apt autoremove, apt remove libreoffice-l10n-zh-cn, apt install libreoffice-l10n-zh-cn, power off, power on. Issue resolved.

Actual Results:
When hit ctrl+p, The "print" button is out of sight, below the screen.
When clicked the upper "more options", those options are above the screen.
Use terminal, env LANG=en_US.UTF-8 libreoffice --writer issue resolved
apt remove libreoffice-l10n-zh-cn, apt install libreoffice-l10n-zh-cn. reboot, issue resolved.

Expected Results:
When printing the file, it should show me the bottom "print" inside the screen rather than below

Reproducible: Always
