Description:
Checkbox for automatic recalculation ist ticked

Still no cell is recalculated

Needs to be triggered by Ctrl+shift+F9

The Bug seems to have appeared in 7.0.2.2 and fixed in 7.0.3.1 
(see https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/lo-calc-7-0-2-2-automatische-berechnung-geht-nicht-mehr/57297/3 )

But I have the problem in the current version.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Put a formula in a cell with a least one parameter in another cell
2. change the parameter
3. 

Actual Results:
Formulas dont recalculate

Expected Results:
Formulas recalculate


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

I looked at the attachment, but it doesn't seem to reproduce in my 7.3.0.
If I change D1, the value of D2: D9 will be recalculated.

tobyps: can you try with Win-x86_64@tb77-TDF from https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html ?

It installs separately and will not mess with your 7.3

It works with the Daily from today.
