Media Player window with Colibre icon theme

Step to reproduce
1. Open up Impress, make sure Colibre is set to be the theme
2. Go to Tools > Media Player

The icons below looks inconsistent, some have circle some not. It can be improved.

Colibre: tdf#147952 Fix Media Player icons

It will be available in 7.4.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/ in the next 24-48 hours. More

Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback.
