Description:
So far as I can see, the Help menu does not tell me how to navigate from footnote to footnote (if I do not want to scroll from page to page). I tried TOOLS > CUSTOMIZE > KEYBOARD and then did not know what to do next.

In 7.3 version we got a feature to navigate by footnotes in Navigator. Just update your LibreOffice to current 7.3.1 version
