Warm Regards, QA Team MassPing-NeedInfo-Ping Thew bug appears to have been fixed and the Help tool works OK [Automated Action] NeedInfo-To-Unconfirmed (In reply to James Burke from comment #3) > Thew bug appears to have been fixed and the Help tool works OK => RESOLVED WORKSFORME (In reply to James Burke from comment #3) > Thew bug appears to have been fixed and the Help tool works OK => RESOLVED WORKSFORME FWIW, originally clicking Help simply crashed LibreOffice. Now, although it looks messy, it doesn't crash LibreOffice, instead presenting a page of raw html which can be sorted out and put to work. It's not an excellent implementation, but at least it can be made functional and doesn't crash my LibreOffice. Perhaps some volunteer with access can rework the raw html into something more user-friendly? Thanks! Thank you for helping us make LibreOffice even better for everyone! Warm Regards, QA Team MassPing-NeedInfo-Ping "Help" still makes a mess. It's such a simple fix, I'm surprised that nobody has fixed it. I'd do it myself if I had access (but I don't). Here is exactly what appears on my screen when I click "Help": <!DOCTYPE HTML><html lang="en-US"><head><meta charset="UTF-8"><noscript><meta http-equiv="refresh" content="0; url='file:///C:/Program%20Files/LibreOffice/program/../help/en-US/noscript.html'"></noscript><meta http-equiv="refresh" content="1; url='file:///C:/Program%20Files/LibreOffice/program/../help/index.html?Target=swriter/.uno%3AHelpIndex&Language=en-US&System=WIN&Version=7.4'"><script type="text/javascript"> window.location.href = "file:///C:/Program%20Files/LibreOffice/program/../help/index.html?Target=swriter/.uno%3AHelpIndex&Language=en-US&System=WIN&Version=7.4";</script><title>Help Page Redirection</title></head><body></body></html> I should be seeing Help information, not this mess. James does it also happen in Safe Mode? (Help -> Restart in Safe Mode) => NEEDINFO Dear James Burke, This bug has been in NEEDINFO status with no change for at least 6 months.
