Dragging top handle of the table border to increase the size of table refuses

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 179451 [details]
2. Drag the table
3. Hover over the middle top 'square' and press left click and drag to expand the table

This might be reported already, but I didn't find it

Refuses

Should be working
