Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attachment 57658 [details] from bug 46643
2. Save it to DOCX
3. Reopen

-> The highlight on top is gone

tdf#148565 sw ms export: a new run can't be postponed-started

It will be available in 7.4.0.

The patch should be included in the daily builds available at
