Description:
The default mirror that loads has not worked in thailand for many months, maybe a year, tested on multiple computers at multiple sites.
This bug is not only for the version in the link below, but every attempt i've made in the last year or so, korea or singapore mirrors work fine.
please fix because it's a hassle to click the alternate mirror page as the redirect to the default mirror is bad.

chorme and firefox used, multiple locations with different isp's used, error has been consistent for about 1 year.

It's not dead, so closing this as WFM just like bug 145859
