Description:
Image is overlapping text after rotating 90 degrees left/right (not honoring wrap)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the cat image
3. Press rotate 90 degree in context menu or toolbar

Actual Results:
Cat image is overlapping part of the text

Expected Results:
Shouldn't be the case


Reproducible: Always

I can confirm this bug using LO 7.3. See attached image showing that the image indeed overlaps with text if you change its rotation to 90º.

However, if you first rotate to 45º and then to 90º it works. It shouldn't have to need this to work, so setting this to NEW.

This seems to have begun at the below commit in bibisect repository/OS 
/bibisect-win32-6.0.
