Description Francisco Lucas 2022-05-24 11:43:04 UTC
Description:
Hello when I sign PDF documents with my Belgian ID card, it works but when opening the file in LibreOffice afterwards, if the ID card is not in the card reader, the signature is shown as not valid.
This does not happen when I sign the PDF in LibreOffice and the signed PDF is opened in other PDF readers that are able to see the signatures, for example Adobe Reader in Windows.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sign PDF document
2. close document
3. open document and check on digital signatures
4. the signatures are shown as invalid

Actual Results:
invalid digital signatures

Expected Results:
valid signatures

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

I experienced something similar, reported (and unfortunately closed for some reason), in bug 146211
