copied text cannot pasted into the name of a doc

Actual Results:
1. I make a document.
2. When I save it, I copy something from my doc into the place of the name.
3. Then its impossible to paste it.

Expected Results:
Nothing happened.
I had to enter a name by my keyboard

as was usual in all the years before

Rule of thumb is search before reporting. 
Seems like a duplicate if it's Save-As field.
