Right click on any form does not work and it needs fixing.

1.Right click on any form does not work

Actual Results:
None right click is not working

Expected Results:
Right on form should work but it is not working.

I guess this has been fixed in bug 149537.

It has been cherry-picked for the LO 7.4 branch.
