The Ukrainian dictionary in this project https://github.com/LibreOffice/dictionaries/ is pretty old. The latest versions could be found in either of these locations:
https://extensions.libreoffice.org/en/extensions/show/ukrainian-spelling-dictionary-and-thesaurus
or
https://github.com/brown-uk/dict_uk/releases

Meanwhile, version 5.9.0 was released.
I wouldn't open a new bug for this.
