Description:
Althrough Noto fonts still available at github.com/googlefonts/noto-fonts, they are now working for move all repositories under https://github.com/notofonts, and they are having new trend to distribute later sourse codes and releases there, so LibreOffice repo should be also follow this change to receive new Noto fonts releases.
