Okay, I've been able to get it to consistently crash every time: 1. Open attached document. 2. Click cursor at end of 2nd line. 3. Press ENTER. 4. Type "This is a test." 5. Highlight 3rd line. 6. Insert > Hyperlink (Ctrl+K) 7. URL = http://libreoffice.org/download 8. Press OK. 9. Ctrl+Click on (any?) of the URLs. CRASH. NOT reproducible with Installation of Version: 7.3.3.2 (x64) Build ID: d1d0ea68f081ee2800a922cac8f79445e4603348 CPU threads: 12; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19044; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: de-DE | Calc: threaded | ElementaryTheme | My normal User Profile NOT reproducible REPRODUCIBLE with Server Installation of Version: 7.5.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 8061b3e9204bef6b321a21033174034a5e2ea88e CPU-Threads: 4; BS: Windows 6.1 Service Pack 1 Build 7601; UI-Render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: de-DE Calc: CL | Auto Colibre Theme | Special devUserProfile (based on my normal one) @reporter: Your results in safe mode or even better with newly created user profile? > Your results in safe mode or even better with newly created user profile? I did: - Help > Restart in Safe Mode - Reset to factory settings (checking both boxes too). Repeated steps in Comment #2, and: - NO CRASH - - - - - I'll have to poke around from a fresh install and see if I can get it to happen again. (Maybe LanguageTool addon is the culprit?) - - - - - And just now, after testing Safe Mode: - I restored my original user profile... - NO CRASH either. Definitely some sort of gremlins at work! Unfortunately we have some strange problems with our user profile in LibreOffice. Let's close this as WFM now Tex2002ans, is you will catch this again then please reopen the report, will not hesitate |
