FTR clicking the "Expand Formula Bar" button and then collapsing it will restore the correct size. However, closing and opening the file again will result in the same problem. Here the "Features" button has the same height as the "Language" dropdown to the left. Maybe this is MacOS only? As i worked with the same issue as mentioned here, it works perfectly by my side.
Steps followed:
1.open libreofficedev calc
2.open format cell dialog box
