Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Calc on Online
2. Set format of the A1 as percentage.
3. Just select A1. (Don't switch to edit mode)
4. Type 5
5. Press Enter

Actual Results:
Result is 500.00%

Expected Results:
It should be 5.00%

If it is about the online version, I think the bug Product need to be changed to LibreOffice online, if this is the case.
