There are at least 2 ways to create a comment in LO:
1. Right-click and pick Insert Comment.  This doesn't highlight any text.
2. Select some text and right-click anywhere in the selection and pick Insert Comment.  This highlights the text that was selected.

Bug: When it comes time to export as PDF and 'Comments as PDF annotations' is selected, all comments are exported as one type of annotation only, a "Text" annotation[1].  Evince and other PDF viewers show these annotations as large floating icons covering up the surrounding document text.

What should be happening:
- In the case of #1 above, an "Insert Text"[2] annotation is created instead.
- In the case of #2 above, a "Highlight"[3] (also "Text Markup") annotation is created.

Additionally, there are different sub-types of Text Markup annotations: highlight, underline, squiggly, strike-out, replace text...  Further, annotations can be different colors.

Feature/Improvement/Wishlist: All of these options should be available when converting highlighted comments to PDF annotations, and we should let the user customize how such comments in LO are annotated.

As it stands now, for each comment LO converts to an annotation, I have to open the PDF in Evince (or Foxit Reader or other suitable app that allows for creating/editing annotations), and:
- copy the contents from the floating "Text"/"Note" annotation
- create a new Highlight or Insert Text annotation
- paste in the contents
- change the style
- change the color
- delete the LO-created annotation

This can create hours of unnecessary work when I have a document with hundreds of comments.
